I went to see the district nurse today, and not only did she confirm the pharmacist’s diagnosis of sun eczema, but she went one better and gave me a prescription for antihistamines.  So, while my arms still look like hell, they now mostly feel like arms again instead of itchy, burny limbs of death, and I think I just may be able to get a decent night’s sleep for the first time since Saturday.
