After some consideration, I decided that Advanced Chocolate Tasting might be too much for me, but I didn’t discard the idea of a chocolate frenzy altogether. This afternoon I whipped up a batch of my now-famous chocolate semlor. Purists may scoff, but I’ve yet to meet anyone who wasn’t a believer after just one heavenly taste. But don’t take my word for it; give the recipe a try and judge for yourself.
