On Petra’s birthday last Saturday, we decided to let Brynja join in the celebration and have her first bites of solid food. We figured this piece of cake was just the thing to break her in on.

That is the coolest cake!
How did you make it? I thought it was just a paper on top of the cake but now I see that it is eatable.
Isn’t it cute? The image is printed out on a sheet of edible “paper” (I think the base is cornstarch), and you just lay it on top of a frosted cake and let it absorb a little bit before you eat it. I found it on eBay. 🙂
