Well-dressed

Nobody who has lived for very long in Sweden has failed to hear, at least one or a dozen times, Det finns inget dåligt väder, bara dåliga kläder, which means — minus the charm of the rhyme — “There is no bad weather, only bad clothing.” And they take it seriously, even down to the tiniest ones. Given enough layers, they will brave nearly any extreme Mother Nature can bring. The U.S. Postal Service could learn a thing or two from them.
