The highlight of our trip — in fact, the entire reason behind it — was Legoland. We spent two days at the park, and could probably have filled at least one more. It poured down rain most of the first day we were there, but we managed (mostly) not to let our spirits get dampened along with our clothes. It was worst, undoubtedly, for poor Yrsa, who didn’t have any fun at all to mitigate the misery of sitting in a stroller in the rain for hours. The rest of us were so captivated by Miniland and entertained by the rides and activities that we could just about forget that we were getting soaked. At least the lines were short.
When I have a chance, I’ll write more about all of it, but for now the pictures will have to be enough. Click on the one below to see them at Flickr.
You actually managed to get a few with Lydia looking happy in there too. 🙂 I suddenly feel the urge to see if my mom will let me take the legos out when I’m home this summer. 😉
Have you been to Legoland in California? If not, maybe you should swing by! 😀
So cute with the little ones in ponchos!
I went to Legoland when I was 10 or 11. Had a great time! My highlight was getting my driver’s license and driving those lego cars 🙂
