Last week I took Yrsa to the district nurse for her six-month (!) check-up and vaccinations. She was weighed (7.190 grams, or just shy of 16 pounds), measured (67 centimeters, or a hair over 26 inches), and given the once-over before being pronounced satisfactory. After all that she got a jab in each thigh, which was not at all satisfactory according to her way of thinking, but she recovered soon enough.

such beautiful eyes..all your kids are so doggone cute !
Sounds like she and Isolde are very similar in weight but Yrsa is a bit taller. Doesn’t she really look like Olof in this picture!
What a little doll! Is that a new “solid” food she’s trying..ha ha! And to think she’s already been to Legoland…your little world traveler!
By the way, what does Matglad mean?
Sandra — Thanks! I love her eyes, too.
Anna — She is totally a mini-Olof! 🙂
Sarah — “matglad” translates literally to “food happy” — it means she likes her grub! 😀
