Yesterday I made a whirlwind trip down to Uppsala, where I attended and participated in an essay-presentation seminar and grabbed a quick dinner of some very tasty vegetarian samosas before making the long trip home and collapsing in my bed just before midnight. This morning I was up at six and out the door at seven, on my way to Umeå, where I dropped Debi and company off at the immigration office and then took myself to a neurologist appointment.

Once home, I wasted no time going back to bed, and I slept most of the afternoon away. As far as I know, I don’t have to leave the house again until Monday. That’s sounding pretty good to me right now.
