Clearly I’m allergic to something, but it’s not immediately obvious just what. These blisters started showing up last week, and they’re only now getting better (thanks, most likely, to the low steroid dose I’ve been taking since yesterday). They’re not unlike the blisters I had when I got “sun eczema” a few years ago, so I’ve also been taking the antihistamines I was prescribed then. I just wish I could figure out what I need to avoid so that this doesn’t happen again.

Stress?
have you touched any plants or eaten anything new lately
Liver is getting hit by something. Steroids often help the symptoms, but they end up hurting the liver more. Do you have an acupuncturist?
I don’t know … I think the culprit may be a cheap handsoap that Olof bought a little while ago, but the blisters didn’t show up immediately after I used it. Maybe not even the same day, I don’t remember.
Monica, I’m not even sure about what an acupuncturist does (apart from using needles, of course :D). I think I might have to hunt up some more information.
Remimds me a little of when my husband had lichen planus on his forearms. But not the fingers. Is it going away? (I hope it is).
Reminds, that is!
